Participants may plan to arrive in New Delhi between February 15 to February 18, 2026 and remain until the conclusion of the Summit on February 20, 2026.
🛂 Immigration:
Immigration clearance will be completed at the first port of entry into India. A dedicated lane for accredited delegates will be available at the Indira Gandhi International Airport for expediting clearance, including those holding Diplomatic and Official Passports.
⚠️ Weapons and Communication Equipment:
No weapons are permitted to be brought into India by delegation members or accompanying security personnel. Any communications equipment brought by delegations will be checked by Customs officials upon arrival.
🚐 Airport Transfers:

🚫 Prohibited Items :
- India’s national laws govern the import and export of prohibited and controlled items, including medications.
- Delegates may carry medicines strictly for personal use.
- Narcotic drugs are prohibited, and those containing psychotropic substances must be declared.
- Delegates must carry a prescription or physician’s letter specifying the medicines and daily dosage.
📦 Duty-free allowances :
Delegates are entitled to bring the following duty-free allowances per adult passenger:
- 2 litres of alcohol
- 100 cigarettes or 25 cigars or 125 grams of tobacco
- Personal goods within reasonable limits
💵 Customs Regulations:
Amounts exceeding these limits are subject to confiscation or duty. Delegates carrying more than USD 10,000 (or equivalent) in cash must declare it to Customs authorities upon arrival. The following items must not be carried in personal baggage on domestic or international flights within India:

- E-cigarettes or vapes
- Satellite phones
- Drones
