Dr. A Jayathilak is an Indian Administrative Service officer and is the Chief Secretary of Kerala. Over the course of his career, he has held several key positions in the Government of Kerala, including Secretary and Director, Agriculture Department; Secretary, Water Resources Department; Director, Rural Development; Director, Personnel and General Administration; District Collector, Kollam and Kozhikode; Managing Director, Kerala Tourism Development Corporation; Managing Director, Industries Department; and Sub Collector, Mananthavady. He has also served in the Government of Chhattisgarh as Managing Director, Tourism Board, and as Commissioner, Finance and Excise Department.

AI Innovation Expo
An experiential exhibition showcasing cutting-edge AI products, solutions, and startups. The Expo will include pavilions on AI in Governance, AI for Sustainability, AI in Education and Health, Emerging AI Hardware & Robotics, and AI Startups. AI for Governance Forum
A dedicated track to demonstrate how AI is transforming governance in Kerala. Departments and missions will present live applications and prototypes— such as predictive analytics in land management, AI-based citizen feedback systems, disaster risk forecasting, and service automation. The State’s Responsible AI Framework and Kerala AI Mission will also be showcased, reinforcing Kerala’s leadership in citizen-centric digital governance.
AI Collaboration Hub
A convergence space for universities, startups, and industries to collaborate on AI research and innovation. The Hub will host signing of MoUs, joint research announcements, and AI fellowship programmes, connecting academia and industry around shared problem statements. It will nurture Kerala’s AI innovation ecosystem and promote translational research.
AI Industry Leadership Round-table (by Kerala IT)
A strategic dialogue led by Kerala IT with industry leaders, GCCs, and technology investors. The Roundtable will discuss AI infrastructure investments, data centre readiness, AI talent development, and policy frameworks. It will culminate in a Kerala AI Industry Charter 2026, outlining joint actions for investment, innovation, and employment in the State’s AI ecosystem.
