A participatory dialogue brought together farmers, fishers, entrepreneurs, researchers, civil society, academics, and government representatives to ground AI development in real user needs. Through firsthand consultations and expert-led discussions, grassroots requirements were translated into actionable AI interventions for agriculture, fisheries management, and rural livelihoods. Multi-stakeholder exchanges bridged end-user realities with technical feasibility, identifying locally relevant priorities and safe deployment considerations. The convening produced a consolidated stakeholder brief, concrete development recommendations, inclusion metrics, and practical frameworks, laying the foundation for sustained collaboration between rural communities and AI solution developers.

The Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (DITE&C) Government of Goa, in collaboration with the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) and the IndiaAI Mission, outlined a roadmap to integrate Artificial Intelligence into citizen-first governance. The event was led by CSSAGIM under the Title "AI for Governance & Social Impact: Leveraging Technology for Inclusive, Responsible, and Sustainable Public Systems" held on 23 August 2025.

Held at the India International Centre, this discussion focused on how AI is changing the creative economy, from animation and gaming to new forms of storytelling. Speakers shared global lessons on regulation, the future of creative work, and how India can prepare for opportunities in this fast-changing space ahead of the India–AI Impact Summit 2026.

The Sanmati 2.0 workshop focused on expanding women's participation in India's data economy. By developing a common digital skills framework and portable credentialing models, the discussions explored practical ways to open up equitable opportunities for women from low-income and rural communities in the AI-driven future of work.

The symposium brought together academic experts, clinicians, and industry leaders to discuss real-world applications of AI across healthcare, neuroscience, robotics, and software engineering. Key themes included AI-driven rehabilitation, medical imaging, applied machine learning in business, robotics automation, and global collaboration in AI research. The hybrid format ensured wide participation, promoting knowledge exchange between academia and industry.

The workshop at Ashoka University focused on using AI to improve weather forecasting and resilience against extreme climate events. Researchers and practitioners discussed AI-driven approaches for monsoon and flood prediction, shared hands-on training, and explored collaborations to advance India-specific forecasting tools and open-source solutions for the broader climate and AI community.

The International Conference on AI for Sustainable Economic Growth at KPR College focused on how AI can drive inclusive, resilient, and sustainable development. The event featured keynotes, panels, and research presentations on workforce transformation, ethical AI, and green innovation, while fostering global collaboration and knowledge exchange through partnerships and research initiatives.


The Antino AI Summit 2025, themed Synergizing AI with Digital Humanism, explored how AI can drive social good while remaining safe, inclusive, and human-centered. Through keynotes, panels, and startup showcases, participants discussed workforce transformation, democratizing AI access, and ethical practices, fostering collaboration and actionable insights for responsible AI adoption.

In alignment with the AI Impact Summit 2026 vision, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Bhopal organized Official Pre-Summit Event of the AI Impact Summit 2026 on 19th September 2025 at Hotel Courtyard Marriott, Bhopal under the theme “AI for Governance and Agriculture”. The participants of the event delibereated about the upcoming AI summit and it’s impact on the start-up ecosystem of the nation. The event highlighted the significance of artificial intelligence in shaping India’s future across sectors like healthcare, education, manufacturing, governance, and cybersecurity. Participants exchanged ideas on emerging AI trends, opportunities for innovation, ethical challenges, and India’s role in becoming a global AI hub. The discussion also emphasized collaboration between government, industry, and academia to drive sustainable growth and ensure responsible adoption of AI technologies.

In alignment with the AI Impact Summit 2026 vision, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Lucknow organized Official Pre-Summit Event of the AI Impact Summit 2026 on 19th September 2025 at Hotel Taj Mahal, Lucknow, under the theme "AI for Healthcare".
The session brought together experts, innovators, researchers, and startup founders to discuss the transformative potential of AI in healthcare — from diagnostics and predictive analytics to digital health governance and ethical AI frameworks. The deliberations emphasized the importance of responsible AI adoption, data protection, and regulatory frameworks that enable innovation while ensuring patient safety and privacy.
By convening thought leaders and stakeholders from across academia, startups, and policy domains, the Pre-Summit Event contributed valuable perspectives and actionable recommendations for the upcoming India AI Impact Summit 2026.

In alignment with the AI Impact Summit 2026 vision, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Jaipur organized Official Pre-Summit Event of the AI Impact Summit 2026 on 19th September 2025 at Hotel Radission City Center, Jaipur, under the theme “AI for Sustainable Development – Climate | Resilience”. The Jaipur pre-event of the India – AI Impact Summit 2026 convened innovators, policymakers, startups, investors, and academicians to deliberate on the role of Artificial Intelligence in advancing climate resilience and sustainable development. The dialogue acknowledged AI as a double-edged sword: capable of strengthening communities and climate action, yet raising concerns around energy intensity, ethics, equity, and trust.

The SAP NOW AI Tour in New Delhi demonstrated how AI can strengthen human capital, promote inclusion, and support safe, trusted, and socially beneficial applications of technology.

In alignment with the AI Impact Summit 2026 vision, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Dehradun organized Official Pre-Summit Event of the AI Impact Summit 2026 on 20th September 2025 at Hotel Hyatt Centric, Rajpur Road, Dehradun, under the theme “AI for Disaster Management | Drones”. STPI Dehradun has conducted the Pre-Summit Event under the India - AI Impact Summit 2026 by engaging researchers, startups, innovators, academician , state governments, and citizens across the state to create awareness about the upcoming India AI summit. The AI based STPI startups showcased their product and services in pre summit event.

The panel discussion by Primus Partners explored how AI can accelerate India's scientific discovery and innovation across sectors like agriculture and life sciences. Participants examined the use of indigenous data, collaborative research models, and strategies to bridge lab-to-market gaps, generating actionable recommendations to strengthen AI-driven science in India.

The Observer Research Foundation, in partnership with the United Nations in India and the Reliance Foundation, hosted a high-level panel on At the Heart of Development: Aid, Trade, and Technology. The discussion focused on how emerging technologies, including AI, can advance the Sustainable Development Goals and support global social good initiatives.

As part of India Day @ UNGA, the Observer Research Foundation, in collaboration with the United Nations India Office and Reliance Foundation, convened high-level stakeholders to discuss how AI can accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals. The panel brought together leaders from technology, international organizations, and academia to explore actionable strategies for leveraging AI for social good.

The AWS roundtable on Responsible AI, Digital Infrastructure, and Global Collaboration explored how India can advance responsible AI as a model for the Global South. Discussions focused on scalable digital infrastructure, enabling global collaboration for Indian startups, and policy measures to support inclusive and internationally connected AI innovation ahead of the India–AI Impact Summit 2026.

Aapti Institute, in partnership with Data2X, hosted a roundtable on Bridging the AI Divide and Enabling the Democratisation of AI. The discussion highlighted global south priorities, the importance of civil society collaboration, and placing people's agency at the centre of AI governance, shaping expectations for the India–AI Impact Summit 2026.

The event focused on empowering citizens with digital literacy, cyber safety, and responsible AI awareness. The workshop brought together communities, policymakers, and industry leaders to strengthen inclusion, build resilience against cyber risks, and promote equitable access to AI knowledge and resources.

He TGIF – GIFT Innovation Forum (AI Edition) in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, convened an invite-only ecosystem event and a closed-door roundtable with key AI leaders. The discussions focused on bridging ecosystem gaps, strengthening India’s global AI competitiveness, fostering responsible innovation across sectors like fintech, BFSI, and smart infrastructure, and advancing the goals of the IndiaAI Mission.

The "AI for Inclusion in India" panel discussion organized by the Center of Policy Research and Governance brought together diverse stakeholders, including students, professionals, educators, and civil society to explore AI’s role in promoting access and equitable opportunities. Through two thematic panels, the event focused on diversity and accessibility within the Indian context, grounding discussions in real-world experiences.

The TASI Festival brought together over 100 leaders from government, industry, academia, and civil society to discuss online trust, safety, and digital well-being. Spearheaded by the Centre for Social Research, the event focused on AI safety, content moderation, and responsible digital innovation. Through panels, workshops, and collaborative sessions, the festival generated policy recommendations, strengthened cross-sector networks, and advanced national capacity on digital safety.

The Global Ethics Forum 2025, held in Geneva, convened policymakers, academics, civil society, and industry leaders to explore ethical challenges in governance under the theme “Reinventing Responsible Governance.” The AI track focused on safe and trusted AI and inclusion, featuring plenaries and breakout sessions to generate actionable recommendations for the IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026. The Forum emphasized diverse representation, civil society’s role, and multisectoral dialogue to address AI safety risks and foster inclusive, ethically governed AI systems, producing outcome reports on AI safety and inclusion designed to inform the Summit.
